水文模型  模拟水文现象而建立的实体结构或数学结构。被模拟的水文现象称为原型,模型是对原型的概化,当概化出的形式是一种实体结构,在这种实体结构里可以演示出被模拟的水文现象,称为水文实体(或物理)模型。例如将某个天然流域按相似原理缩制成人造小流域。当概化出的形式是一种数学结构时称为水文数学模型。例如把降雨的下渗过程概化为下渗公式。    水文物理模型可分为比尺模型和比拟模型两类。比尺模型是根据几何相似和力学相似原理将原型按一定比尺缩制成模型。比拟模型则是以另一物理量来比拟水的某些特性,例如用电流模拟水流的渗流运动(见地下水模拟)。水文数学模型也称概念模型,可分为确定性模型和非确定性(或随机)模型。描述水文现象必然性规律的数学结构称为确定性模型,描述水文现象随机性规律的数学结构称为随机模型。确定性模型分为集总式模型和分散式模型两种,前者忽略水文现象空间分布的差异,后者则考虑这种差异。集总式模型又可分为线性与非线性,如果模型的解可以线性叠加而且满足均习性(保持比例因子不变)的称为线性模型,否则为非线性模型。随机模型又可分为概率(纯随机)模型和随机模型。    水文模型涉及的内容可以是水量、水质或某一水文过程等,研究问题的尺度可以大到全球水文循环系统,也可小到一棵树的蒸散发过程;但是,所有水文模型必须能反映被模拟的水文现象的基本特征。建立水文数学模型的一般步骤是:拟定模型结构(数学表达式),调试和确定模型参数,对模型进行检验和评定。    最简单的确定性模型可追溯到1851年T.J.莫万尼建立的合理化公式Q =CiA,1932年,L.R.K.谢尔曼提出的单位线,它们实质上就是把净雨输入转化为流量输出的线性的传递函数。1951年,M.A.柯勒和R.K.林斯雷根据非线性多元回归的图解分析方法提出次暴雨径流深多变数水文特征合轴相关图,又称前期降雨指数模型,这些都是手算或图解的数学模型的雏型。50年代以后,随着电子计算机在水文领域内的广泛使用,水文数学模型与系统分析联系在一起,进一步扩大了应用范围,如发展了多目标水资源工程和流域水资源综合利用规划的水资源模型、都市雨水排水排污模型等。    参考书目   Ven Te Chow,Handbook of Applied Hydrology,McGraw-Hill,New York,1964.
