凝结水泵凝结水泵condensate pump  型(立式)和与600 MW机组配套的NS500一550型(卧式)。由于凝结水泵和凝结水升压泵在凝结水系统中的功能同,凝结水泵抽吸凝汽器热井内的凝结水克服热井至凝结水升压泵的管道阻力和水位差;凝结水升压泵则要把凝结水输人具有一定标高和压力的除氧器。一般凝结水泵的扬程比凝结水升压泵小,而流量大。 运行方式和配里小型机组的凝结水泵可以采用无水位方式运行,这种运行方式的优点是简单,缺点是凝结水泵长期在汽蚀下运行,叶轮的使用寿命很短,而且不稳定。大型机组的凝结水泵均采用有水位方式运行,并设t自动调节凝汽器热井水位的装置. 凝结水泵是汽轮机的重要辅机,如发生故障,则热井水位上升,除氧器断水,迫使汽轮机停机,加以凝结水泵的有效汽蚀余量很小,工作条件差,故一般汽轮机配t两台100环容量的凝结水泵,互为备用,均由电动机定速驱动。n旧gJ旧shu一beng凝结水泵(eondensate pump)从投汽器水,把凝结水升压后输送至除氧器。凝结水升压泵有立式和卧式之分,如与300 MW机组配套的18NL一190下部热井中将凝结水抽出并将其升压送往回热加热系统或凝结水精处理除盐装置的水泵。凝结水泵多采用离心泵,属低压冷水泵,抽吸的是处于真空和饱和状态的凝结水,容易吸人空气和引起汽蚀,因此要求叶轮有良好的轴端密封和抗汽蚀性能,第一级叶轮往往制成双吸式,或者在首级前加装诱导轮。凝结水泵转速一般为950~145or/min,吸入口流速不超过lm/s。按级数分,有单级泵—泵轴上只装一个叶轮,也有多级泵—泵轴上装有两个或两个以上的叶轮。按泵轴布置分,有卧式泵和立式泵。不论卧式泵或立式泵都可以做成单级或多级。一般说来小容量机组均采用卧式离心泵,大容量机组多采用立式离心泵.图1为带诱导轮的单级卧式泵,诱导轮前设有带脱气口的进水短管。脱气口与凝汽器相连,保持该处压力与凝汽器相同,有利于水泵正常工作。图2为大机组使用的二级立式凝结水泵,为筒袋型结构,第1级带诱导轮。这种立式泵的特点是占地面积小,第一级叶轮处于最低位里,增加了泵的倒灌高度,泵的进、出水口在同一水平线上,便于管道布置。 在设t低压凝结水精处理除盐装置的凝结水系统中,受除盐设备承压的限制,在其后布里与凝结水泵申联运行的凝结水升压泵。
