前驱分子式:CAS号:性质:又称前体,前驱或前身。(一)催化剂所含成分系来源于不同原料,而制备催化剂某一成分所用的原料称为母体。如镍催化剂的制备,骨架镍的母体是镍铝合金,沉淀镍的母体为NiCO3或Ni(OH)3,等,两者经分解制得NiO经还原后活性在较大差别。同样母体NiCO3,其晶粒越大,产生的NiO晶粒也较大,若母体缺陷较多,分解产生的NiO缺陷也较多。(二)前体是一类特殊的产品促进剂,加入发酵培养基中的前体,可在基本保持本身结构单元情况下直接用于产物合成,从而使发酵液中产物的产量有较大的提高。针对不同的发酵产品寻求适宜的前体,是提高发酵产量的重要措施。前体在使用时常采用少量多次添加到培养基中,以避免过高浓度可能对微生物产生的毒性,或造成不必要的浪费。
