输卵管功能输卵管功能 输卵管为一对细长而弯曲的管,内侧与子宫角相连通,外端游离,而与卵巢相近。输卵管分为间质部、峡部、壶腹部、伞部。输卵管壁由三层构成,外层为浆膜层,中层为平滑肌层,其又分为内环形和外纵形两层肌纤维,内层为黏膜层,有多数纵形皱襞。由单层高柱状上皮组成,上皮细胞分为纤毛细胞、无纤维细胞、楔状细胞及未分化细胞4种。输卵管为卵子与精子相遇的场所,受精卵由输卵管向子宫腔运行。排卵后,由输卵管伞部进行“拾卵”,卵子停留在输卵管壶腹部与峡部连接处等待受精。卵子受精后,在受精卵开始进行有丝分裂的同时,借助输卵管的平滑肌收缩引起的输卵管由远端向近端的蠕动,以及纤毛的推动,向宫腔方向移动,约在受精后第4日,早期囊胚进入宫腔。输卵管黏膜受性激素影响也有周期性变化。
