吸附法除氮氧化物分子式:CAS号:性质:吸附法既能消除氮氧化物的污染,又能将其回收利用。工业上应用的有分子筛法和活性炭法。(1)分子筛法为用分子筛作吸附剂净化氮氧化物,是吸附法中最有前途的一种。常用的分子筛是氢型丝光沸石。当含氮氧化物的废气通过分子筛床层时,由于水和二氧化氮分子的极性较强,被选择性地吸附在主孔道表面上,生成硝酸而放出一氧化氮。放出的一氧化氮连同废气中的一氧化氮与氧气在分子筛表面上被催化氧化成二氧化氮。当通入蒸汽加热,被吸附的二氧化氮在分子筛内表面生成硝酸被解吸出来。脱附后的分子筛经干燥后得到再生。(2)活性炭法为活性炭对低浓度氮氧化物有很高的吸附能力,其吸附量超过分子筛。脱附后氮氧化物也可以回收利用。吸附法除氮氧化物虽有很多优点,但由于其吸附容量有限,吸附剂需频繁再生,吸附器体积庞大,一次性投资较大。特别是活性炭在573K以上有自燃的可能,给吸附和再生造成相当大的困难,限制了它的应用。
