缩水甘油分子式:C3H6O2分子量:74.08CAS号:556-52-5性质:无色并近于无臭的液体。熔点-53℃,沸点162-163℃(分解),54℃(1.33kPa),相对密度1.115(20/4℃),折射率1.4311,闪点71.5℃,燃点415℃,粘度(20℃)4.00mPa·s,表面张力45.3mN/m(22℃)。能与水、低碳醇、酯、酮、乙醚、苯、甲苯、苯乙烯、氯苯、氯甲烷、氯仿、三氯乙烯、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜及乙腈完全互溶,部分溶于二甲苯、四氯乙烯、1,1,1-三氯乙烷,几乎不溶于脂肪族和脂环族烃类。能自聚,酸、碱或盐类能促进自聚,甚至有爆炸危险。制备方法:1.甘油氯醇法 由氯丙二醇在碱存在下反应而得。反应在0℃左右进行,反应产物分离出盐类后用减压蒸馏精制,即得纯缩水甘油。2.醇丙烯法 用过氧化氢或过乙酸对烯丙醇环氧化可获得缩水甘油。采用过乙酸为环氧化剂时,反应速度较快,产物中缩水甘油极易与乙酸反应生成缩水甘油乙酸酯,使蒸馏分离困难,而且缩水甘油和乙酸的混合物在室温下能发生强烈放热反应引起爆炸,因此该法在工业上应用困难很大。过氧化氢作环氧化剂时,采用六价钨酸为催化剂,反应温度40-45℃,原料的摩尔配比为水:烯丙醇:过氧化氢=33.5:1.5:1.0,催化剂用量为1.5-2.0g/mol过氧化氢,反应混合物pH值4-5,反应停留时间在为2.5-3h。用途:主要用作环氧树脂稀释剂、塑料和纤维改性剂、卤代烃类的稳定剂、食品保藏剂、杀菌剂、制冷系统干燥剂和芳烃萃取剂等。缩水甘油的衍生物是树脂、塑料、医药、农药和助剂等工业的原料。
