气象与农业环境污染  农业环境污染的程度与气象条件有密切关系。气象因子直接左右着大气中污染物的输送、积累和扩散,也会使某些一次污染物转化为二次污染物;还能使大气污染转变为土壤污染或水体污染。农业生产过程中形成的污染物,也受气象条件的影响而转移、扩散。    不同的天气系统和气象因子对农业环境污染所起的作用各异:    ① 天气系统。在低气压控制下,空气层呈不稳定状态,气流辐合上升,有利于农田上空污染物的扩散、稀释。在高气压控制下,气层较稳定,气流辐散下沉,空气中污染物难以向上扩散。尤其在高气压控制下的晴朗夜间,形成辐射逆温,大气中污染物便沉积在近地气层,浓度增大,加剧污染。    ② 风和湍流。由动力或热力作用产生的湍流运动,可使有毒的烟气、尘埃等不断翻腾、展开、扩散。在风速大或湍流运动强的情况下,有时可以顺风扩展到几百公里以远,浓度迅速降低,从而减轻单位面积上的污染程度。污染物扩散形成的烟羽常在其下风方向展开成条状或扇状。空气层稳定度不同,烟羽的形状和扩散范围也不一,通常以下风方向烟囱高度10~20倍距离的农田,受害较重。污染源近处地面污染物浓度的变化一般与风速呈反相关。但在风速很大的情况下,烟气下沉,离污染源近的地面上污染物浓度反而增大。    ③ 光照。日光中的紫外线可使工厂和汽车排出的碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物等发生化学变化,产生有毒的光化学烟雾。其中臭氧可使叶绿素分解、原生质变质、植物不能正常进行光合作用;在中午强光配以高温、低湿的条件下,过氧乙酰硝酸酯(PAN)对作物也有为害。二氧化氮在阴天弱光下,比晴天强光时的为害大。    ④ 湿度。空气湿度高,促使植物叶面气孔张开,污染物易于进入叶内。湿度低时叶面气孔自动关闭,可减轻受害程度。因此,干旱时植物对氯气污染的抵抗力增强;而高温、高湿条件则常加剧二氧化硫、氯化氢等对谷类作物,特别是处于抽穗扬花期作物的为害。空气湿度大时,促使空气中二氧化硫吸湿成为难以扩散的硫酸雾,其毒害程度比二氧化硫更大。    ⑤ 降水。降水可以溶解大气中的大量污染物,从而净化空气;但污染物沉降于地面和水中,又可使大气污染变为土壤污染和水体污染。雨滴降落过程中,还会吸收空中二氧化硫形成酸雨,毒害植物、土壤和水源,恶化农业生态环境。暴雨虽能洗净作物叶面的尘土,冲掉植株上的病原体,但常由于农田径流而污染水体,毒害鱼类等水生生物。    大气污染为害植物,而某些植物却能净化环境。绿化植物能保持大气中二氧化碳与氧的平衡,还能吸收和过滤有害气体,净化大气和水源,调节局部气候。    参考书目   刘培桐、陈益秋:《环境科学概论》,水利电力出版社,北京,1983。
