光敏化作用(photosensitization)光敏化作用(photosensitization)即光动力作用(photodynamics),是指任一化学或生物学反应,在可见光照射下,必须有一敏化剂参与光吸收才能发生,并需要氧的参与。光动力作用物质称基质,它们都是蛋白质、酶与核酸等。蛋白质和酶中的敏感组分都是含硫氨基酸和芳香氨基酸,核酸中的敏感组分是鸟嘌呤。光动力作用使生物膜脂的脂肪酸氧化,从而使膜变得脆弱,光氧化作用包括单线态氧的氧化、自由基的氧化与电子转移的氧化,这些对膜和细胞必然产生破坏作用。最有效的敏化剂是那些三重态寿命较长而量子效率又高的物质。如染料(甲烯蓝、玫瑰红与曙红等),色素类(叶绿素、卟啉与黄素等),芳香碳氢化合物(红烯、一些蒽类化合物)等。
