绿麦隆分子式:C10H13ClN2O分子量:212.5CAS号:15545-48-9性质:纯品为无色晶体,熔点147-148℃,蒸气压0.48×10-5Pa,(20℃),工业品熔点142-144℃。溶解度(20℃),70mg/LH2O,50g/kg丙酮,24g/kg苯,43g/kg二氯甲烷。制剂:25%中湿性粉剂,悬浮率≥34%,水分≤3.5%,pH6-8,湿润时间≤15h。制备方法:以对硝基甲苯为原料经氯化、还原、酯化、加成四步反应而得。1.氯化将对硝基甲苯在三氯化铁与碘下与氯反应。2.还原3-氯-4-甲基硝基苯以雷尼镍作催化剂,通氢气进行催化加氢反应得。3.酯化3-氯-4-甲基苯胺与光气反应得3-氯-4-甲苯异氰酸酯。4.加成工艺条件:异氰酸酯:二甲胺=1:1.05-1.1。二甲胺与3-氯-4-甲苯异氰酸酯反应而得。另外有二硫化碳法工艺,可避免使用毒性强的光气。原料消耗定额:3-氯-4-甲基苯胺(90%)650kg/t、二硫化碳(98%)690kg/t、二甲胺(33%)750kg/t、双氧水(30%)2600kg/t。用途:绿麦隆可取代脲类麦地除草剂,具有内吸兼触杀作用,杀草谱广,选择性强,施药时期较长,可以从芽前一直到苗期,主要用于防除麦地双子叶和单子叶杂草如看麦娘、早熟禾、繁缕、藜蓼等。对麦类有增产作用。
