2-辛醇分子式:C8H18O分子量:130.23CAS号:4128-31-8性质:无色有芳香气味的易燃油状液体。熔点-38℃,沸点178-179℃,相对密度0.835,折射率1.4256,闪点(开杯)88℃,粘度(20℃)8.2mPa·s。不溶于水,可溶于醇、醚及氯仿。制备方法:由蓖麻油生产癸二酸时,可回收到2-辛醇。蓖麻油是一种含有羟基脂肪酸的油脂。在脂肪酸组成中,80-85%是蓖麻油酸。在强碱与高温(250-280℃)条件下,分子内部发生断裂,生成癸二酸双钠盐、2-辛醇和氢。蓖麻油酸和氢氧化钠酚按重量比100:50:8.25,在裂解釜内反应,碱加完后改加热水,反应中蒸出辛醇。从蓖麻油中水解液也可回收辛醇。原料消耗定额:蓖麻油2310kg/t、硫酸(95%)1351kg/t、烧碱(98%)1104kg/t。用途:该品与苯酐酯化可得聚氯乙烯和增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯,也用于合成纤维油剂、消沫剂以及制取表面活性剂、煤矿用浮选剂和农药乳化剂的原料,还可作为油脂和蜡的溶剂。用硝酸氧化得到乙酸,是驱肠虫药已雷琐辛的原料。
