四甲基吡嗪分子式:C8H12N2分子量:136.20CAS号:1124-11-4性质:该品带结晶水时熔点74-77℃,无水物熔点86℃;沸点190℃。其盐酸盐二水合物为白色结晶,熔点91℃,易溶于水,溶于乙醇及氯仿,极微溶于苯。无水物熔点156℃。制备方法:由丁酮与亚硝酸乙酯缩合生成丁二酮单肟,再经还原、环合而得甲甲基吡嗪。环合反应产物进行水蒸气蒸馏,馏出物冷却、结晶、过滤,得四甲基吡嗪粗品。精制时采用水重结晶和活性炭脱色。制备其盐酸盐时,可将其在丙酮中滴加含15%-20%氯化氢的乙醇溶液成盐。用途:用于药物生产。
