4,5-二磷酸磷脂酰肌醇分子式:CAS号:性质:又称三磷酸磷脂酰肌醇,4,5-二磷酸磷脂酰肌醇。是磷脂类化合物之一,前体是磷脂酰肌醇二磷酸。在脑中含量很多,与其前体在体内可互相转换。通常可从牛脑中提取,产品多为其铵盐或钠盐,呈淡黄色冻干粉。R1和R2的脂肪酸组成:16:0约1%;18:0约41%;18:1约30%;18:3约4%;18:4约1%;20:4约1%;20:5约2%;20:6约14%。早期取平均值把R1定为硬脂酸,R2定为花生四烯酸,与实际误差较大。主要用作生化试剂。
