耐药性质粒介导酶分子式:CAS号:性质:以青霉素酶与广谱酶为主。青霉素酶对青霉素有强大的水解作用,对头孢菌素不解作用很弱,广谱酶则对青霉素与头孢菌素都有很强的水解作用,质粒介导的β-内酰胺酶用等点聚焦法分型有TEM型,OXA型,PSE型,SHV型及HMS-1型。均有革兰氏阴性某些菌专业由大肠杆菌、克雷白肺炎杆菌及肠杆菌属所产生。PSE型酶大多数有绿脓杆菌产生,也可有克雷白肺炎杆菌所产生。
