大环四内酯类抗生素分子式:分子量:CAS号:熔点:112~113℃毒性LD50(mg/kg):大白鼠急性经口大于10000,经皮大于2000。作为商品复配制剂(浏阳霉素+乐果)急性经口584(大鼠)。无致畸、致癌、致突变性。但该药剂对鱼毒性较高,对鲤鱼LC50<0.5mg/L,属高毒但对天敌昆虫及蜜蜂比较安全。性状:纯品为无色棱柱状结晶。溶解情况:易溶于苯、醋酸乙酯、氯仿、乙醚、丙酮,可溶于乙醇、正己烷等有机溶剂,不溶于水。用途:浏阳霉素为一触杀性杀虫剂,对螨类具有特效,对蚜虫也有较高的活性。可用于棉花、果树、瓜类、豆类、蔬菜等作物防治螨类及蚜虫。使用浓度为1000~3000倍。多与有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类农药混配使用,以达到增效及扩大杀虫谱的效果。制备或来源:属生物农药,以发酵方法制备。备注:制剂:20%复方浏阳霉素乳油,10%乳油。该药剂对紫外光敏感,阳光下照射2天,即可分解50%以上。包装及贮运:乳油500ml瓶装,以一般农药规定贮运。类别:杀螨剂
