加气混凝土 以发气剂和水泥制成的多孔轻混凝土。它是以砂子、粉煤灰等含氧化硅材料及石灰、水泥等含氧化钙的材料为主要原料,加入铝粉或其他发气剂发气,经湿热加工制成的轻质制品。 加气混凝土的主要品种有水泥矿渣砂加气混凝土、水泥石灰砂加气混凝土、水泥石灰粉煤灰加气混凝土等。 加气混凝土制品的生产有模制和切割两种工艺。80年代多采用切割工艺,即原料经磨细、配料、搅拌、灌筑成型,静置至凝固后,按制品规格要求,用切割机切割成材,再经蒸压养护而成。生产配筋板时,钢筋点焊成网片,并做防腐处理(见图)。 加气混凝土在性能上的主要特点是:容重轻(400~800公斤/米3);保温性能好;可以锯、刨、钉、铣,易于加工;并有良好的防火性能。 加气混凝土的各种性能随其容重和含水率不同而变化。中国制造的加气混凝土在干燥状态下的主要物理力学性能见表。 加气混凝土制品有砌块、保温材和配筋板等。砌块和墙板可用做框架结构建筑和工业厂房的墙体或低层房屋建筑的承重墙。配筋板可做屋面板和楼板,重量轻,适宜于在地震区使用。
