船坞船坞dock用于修造船舶的水工建筑物。布置在修造船厂内,主要是用于船舶修理。由于现代船舶向大型化发展,有时为了方便有利也在坞内造船。船坞可分为干船坞和浮船坞两种。干船坞的三面接陆一面临水,其基本组成部分为坞口、坞室和坞首。坞口用于进出船舶,设有挡水坞门,船坞的排灌水设备常建在坞口两侧的坞墩中;坞室用于放置船舶,在坞室的底板上设有支承船舶的龙骨墩和边墩;坞首是与坞口相对的一端,其平面形状可以是矩形、半圆形和菱形,坞首的空间是坞室的一部分,在这里拆装螺旋桨和尾轴。干船坞配有各种动力管道及起重、除锈、油漆和牵船等附属设备。当船舶进入干船坞修理时,首先用灌泄水设施向坞内充水,待坞内与坞外水位齐平时,打开坞门,利用牵引设备将船舶慢速牵入坞内,之后将坞内水体抽干,使船舶坐落于龙骨墩上。修完或建完的船舶出坞时,首先向坞内灌水,至坞门内外水位齐平时,打开坞门,牵船出坞。上海江南造船厂3号船坞浮船坞是浮于水上并可移动的船坞。由两侧坞墙与坞底组成的整体结构。墙与底为箱形构造,并分为若干密封的格舱。有的格舱为水舱,用以灌水或泄水使船坞沉或浮。底舱用于提供浮性和支承船舶。坞墙的作用是提供浮坞的整体稳定性和坞修设备及生产所需的工作间。待修船舶进坞时先向水舱灌水,使坞下沉至坞内水深满足船舶进坞水深要求,用牵引设备牵船入坞,之后排出水舱内水体,使坞上浮至坞底露出水面,便可作业。当船舶修完后,以相反程序操作。浮坞通常为钢结构,也可用钢筋混凝土,设置于船厂附近的水深条件好、泥沙和风浪小的水域中。
