1.Strontium barium niobate/barium strontium titanate(BSTN in short) was prepared through a modified sol-gel technique,by controlling the ratios of different components in the sol solution to suspend the fine strontium barium niobate powders(SBN in short)which was made beforehand by traditional ceramic sintering technique.本文以钛酸四丁酯等配制溶胶前驱体溶液,通过控制前驱体溶液中各组分的配比成功制备了粘稠的溶胶溶液,以悬浮传统固相烧结工艺制备的微米级铌酸锶钡陶瓷粉体,在超声分散等的作用下形成均匀凝胶,最后成功制备出复相陶瓷坯体。

铌酸锶钡晶体分子式:BaxNb2O6(0.25≤x≤0.75)CAS号:性质:具有钨青铜结构的铌酸盐铁电体。熔点1470℃。密度5.2~5.3 g/cm3。莫氏硬度5.5。居里温度40~114℃,折射率n0=2.3117,电光系数γ33=(88~114)×10-12m/V。晶体具有良好的非线性效应,相当大的线性电光效应和热释电效应以及耦合系数高、响应时间短等优点。用提拉法制取晶体。主要用于非相干/相干光学变换器,光学可寻址的光纤连接线,诱导相干光谱振荡器、电光调制、热电探测等领域。
