TSSG method顶部籽晶提拉法
1.In this paper,Yb:KY(WO4)2 laser crystal with dimensions of 25 mm×21 mm×18 mm was prepared by TSSG method from the melting agent of K2W2O7.采用顶部籽晶提拉法(TSSG)从助溶剂K2W2O7中生长出尺寸为25mm×21mm×18mm的Yb:KY(WO4)2激光晶体。

1.A new Nd-activated nonlinear crystal,Na3(La1-xNdx)9O3(BO3)8(Nd:NLBO)with x=3%,was grown by the top-seeded solution growth(TSSG) method.采用顶部籽晶法生长出掺杂浓度为3%的Nd:Na3La9O3(BO3)8(Nd:NLBO)晶体。

1.Large YAB single crystals have been grown by a high-temperature top-seeded solution method with borates based flux.采用顶部籽晶熔盐法生长紫外低吸收YAl3(BO3)4晶体,测定了晶体的真空紫外透过截止波长,结果表明其真空紫外吸收边达到165 nm。

提拉法分子式:CAS号:性质:一种生长单晶的常用方法。将生长晶体用的材料置于适当的坩埚中加热熔融,使熔体保持在略高于材料熔点的温度下。将固定在拉杆上的籽晶与熔体表面接触,拉杆在不停地旋转中缓缓地向上提升。拉杆的散热作用使子晶上产生一定的温度梯度,促使熔体在晶体的下端不断地结晶。这种方法可以直接观测到晶体的生长过程,并可以通过调整各种条件得到大尺寸的单晶体。很多重要的无机固体材料的单晶体都可以利用这种方法制造,特别适合于生产大尺寸的技术晶体。
