助熔剂法分子式:CAS号:性质:一种常用的晶体生长方法。熔点较高的无机固体化合物直接从熔体中生长晶体比较困难,可以选择一些低熔点化合物作为助熔剂,使希望得到单晶的材料溶解在其中;缓慢降低体系温度或逐渐地使助熔剂挥发而析出晶体。很多晶体都可以用这种方法制备。选择助熔剂要根据体系的相图,助熔剂应不与单晶材料形成其他化合物,最好是完全不互溶的体系,以减少助熔剂对材料的污染。
