旋转壳体泵分子式:CAS号:性质:又称皮托管泵。旋转的圆筒壳体内装有固定皮托管的动力型泵。液体在中心沿轴向进入壳体。在壳体的外缘部分,液体因离心力作用而增加其压力和速度。皮托管集流器对着旋转方向的开口,置于接近壳体外壁处,以把液体的大部分动能转换为静压能。而后,液体通过集流器支撑臂中的孔道回到泵的中心,排到排出管。为安全起见,旋转壳体封闭在静止的第二层壳体或转子套中。这种泵流量小、扬程高,在相同使用条件下,较容积型泵或多级离心泵尺寸小、成本低,具有平滑的流量,无脉动。又因在液流中无紧密配合的零件,即使干运转也不会磨损。但液体中的固体颗粒会使皮托管受腐蚀,液体中含有气体时效率很快下降。
