水轮机水轮机hydraulicturbine把水流的能量(动能、势能和压力能)转换为旋转机械能的动力机械。属于流体机械中的透平机械。早在公元前100年前后,中国就出现了水轮机的雏形——水轮,用于提灌和驱动粮食加工器械。1849年,美国的J.B.弗朗西斯发明了混流式水轮机。1889年,美国的L.A.佩尔顿发明了水斗式水轮机。1920年,奥地利的V.卡普兰发明了轴流转桨式水轮机。1956年,瑞士的P.德里亚发明了斜流式水轮机。现代水轮机大多安装在水电站内,用来驱动发电机发电。在水电站中,水由上游水库经引水管进入水轮机,水流经过转轮时,水能转换为水轮机转轮的旋转机械能,由主轴传递给发电机转换成电能,而作完功的水经尾水管排至下游。水轮机与发电机、励磁设备、调速器、永磁机等组成水轮发电机组。水轮机转轮水轮机种类很多。根据工作原理可分为:①冲击式水轮机,转轮受到水流的冲击而旋转,工作过程中水流的压力不变,主要是动能的转换。又可分为水斗(切击)式水轮机和斜击式水轮机两种。②反击式水轮机,转轮在水中受到水流的反作用力而旋转,工作过程中水流的压力能和动能均有改变,但主要是压力能的转换。又可分为轴流式水轮机、斜流式水轮机、贯流式水轮机和混流式水轮机4种。前3种还可分为定桨式(转轮叶片不能转动)和转桨式(转轮叶片可转动)。
