人锰超氧化物歧化酶基因分子式:CAS号:性质:超氧化物歧化酶是催化超氧阴离子自由基(O2)转变为H2O2和O2的歧化反应(2O2+2H+→H2O2+O2)的生物催化剂,对细胞和生物起保护作用。按其酶分子内所含金属离子不同在自然界有三种类型,即含Cu2+和Zn2+者称Cu,Zn-SOD;含Mn2+者称Mn-SOD;含Fe2+者称Fe-SOD。前者大量存在于哺乳动物的红细胞上,Mn-SOD存在于哺乳动物的线粒体中。人的Mn-SOD的结构基因定位于第6号染色体、长臂、二区、五带,即6q25,它在长达12 858bp的人Mn-SOD基因组DNA结构中。在染色体的这一部位恰是胶质细胞瘤、淋巴瘤、黑色素瘤、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤染色体畸变的频发部位。人的Mn-SOD基因的转录有长约1kb和4kb的两种mRNA,主要是不同组织或细胞来源的Mn-SOD基因在3′一端非翻译区在长度和碱基序列上存在明显差异。该基因除了表达成Mn-SOD,以除去过剩的超氧自由基外,而基因本身又属于肿瘤抑制基因。
