扬程扬程totalhead单位质量的液体由泵的入口被输送至出口所获得的能量增量。扬程以输送液体的液柱高度(米)表示。扬程是泵的主要性能参数之一,一般通过试验测得。泵的扬程与输送液体的密度无关,密度改变时,压力也随之改变,而保持扬程不变;但扬程与液体的粘度有关,输送粘度大的液体时,达到的扬程低。泵的压力与密度有关,同样扬程的泵,输送密度小的液体达到的压力低。对动力式泵,扬程随流量而变,其关系曲线称为扬程-流量曲线。实际使用时,是将泵与吸入容器、排出容器和管路连在一起的,它们组成泵装置系统。此时,把泵输送的单位质量液体从吸入容器到排出容器所获得的能量增量称为泵装置扬程。泵工作时,泵扬程与泵装置扬程相等。设计时应把泵装置扬程作为泵的设计扬程。
