防御素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称补体系统,旧称防御素。是存在于正常人或动物新鲜血清中的一组由优球蛋白和黏蛋白组成的非特异性物质。为可被许多抗原抗体反应激活的一个酶系统。补体由9种组分构成,以C1~C9表示,C1可分为Clq,Clr和;Cls。有的组分不耐热,、56℃30min即遭破坏。在正常生理情况下,绝大多数补体成分以非活性状态存在,当受到某种激活剂作用后,补体各成分指按一定顺序呈现连锁酶反应。补体系统可以通过传统和替代两条途径激活,并在活化过程中产生一系列生物学效应,从而增强机体免疫防御功能,或使机体发生免疫病理损伤。补体常其溶解红细胞(已与抗体结合者)的能力测量。在吞噬、调理、趋化和免疫细胞溶解中也起作用,肿瘤抗体在有补体存在时能溶解肿瘤细胞。补体在某些疾病的发生机制中也有重要意义。
