芬太尼分子式:C22H28N2O·C6HO分子量:528.580CAS号:990-73-8性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点149-151℃。1g该品可溶于约40ml水,溶于甲醇,略溶于氯仿。无臭,味苦。芬太尼碱([437-38-7])熔点83-84℃。制备方法:由苯乙胺经加成、环合、缩合、还原、丙酰化制成芬太尼碱,与枸椽酸成盐得成品。用途:该品药理作用同吗啡,镇痛效力约为吗啡的150倍,为短时间的镇痛剂,与氟哌利多联合应用称为安定镇痛术。用于诱导麻醉。临床主要用于外科手术前和手术中镇痛,胃镜和泌尿系统检查之镇痛。
