几丁质分子式:(C8H13NO5)n分子量:(203.9)nCAS号:1398-61-4性质:白色无定形半透明物质。溶于浓盐酸、硫酸、冰醋酸和78-97%磷酸,不溶于水、稀酸、碱、醇及其他有机溶剂。甲壳质是一种存在于多种生物体,特别是甲壳动物壳体中的多糖,因此又称壳多糖。它是一种天然高分子,构成这种高分子的单体是2-乙酰胺基-2-脱氧-β-D葡糖,因此甲壳质的学名是聚乙酰氨基葡糖。制备方法:工业应用的甲壳质取自甲壳动物(淡水和海产的虾、蟹等)的甲壳。有些酿造工业的副产物也是甲壳质的原料。例如使用黑曲霉发酵生产柠檬酸的残液,以及使用鲁毛霉、布拉克须霉和卵孢接霉发酵的发酵液中都能提供一定量的脱乙酰甲壳质。甲壳质的提取:将虾、蟹壳的肉质剔除干净,清洗。浸泡在4-6%盐酸中,使壳内无机盐溶解变软除去。水洗,再用10%氢氧化钠溶液脱除蛋白质。再次水洗后,用1%KMnO4漂白氧化除杂质。第三次水洗后,用1%NaHSO3洗脱残留的MnO4,再充分水洗,干燥,即得纯净的甲壳质。原料消耗(kg/t)虾蟹壳 1200035%工业盐酸 13000烧碱(95%固体) 1500高锰酸钾 135重亚硫酸氢钠 340用途:甲壳素的应用十分广泛,例如:(1)色谱载体(2)环境保护:壳多糖与其衍生物对多种金属,特别是一些会造成严重环境污染的有害金属,如汞、镉、铜、镍、铬等都有很好的螯合能力,所以在净水,污水处理等方面很有前途。(3)放射性污染的净化:许多放射性污染的造成系属于放射性的过渡族元素的衍生物,使用壳多糖可以移除。(4)矿石综合利用:它对锆、铌、铷等都是有效的收集剂。(5)玻璃纤维整理剂(6)染料工业上的应用:壳多糖可以制成高聚物型的染料。(7)造纸工业的添加剂(8)其他织物的整理剂(9)照相工业材料:目前国际迅速发展的无液定影与显影的照相法(Polaroid)即系采用耐磨与具有感光能力的壳多糖。(10)医药和外科用品:甲壳质的水解产物一氨基葡糖盐用于治疗肠炎、结肠溃疡和肺炎。应用D-氨基葡糖或N-乙酰基氨基葡糖作为某些肿瘤的化疗剂,效果很好。甲壳质有一定协助溶菌作用。还能作为血液抗凝剂,创伤愈合剂等。用甲壳质制作手术缝合线、制人造皮肤和伤口敷料、制人造血和止血海绵、制接触眼镜、制备药物载体,使用效果良好。其他方面的用途,包括用于粘合剂、卷烟纸的填充剂、皮革整理剂、絮凝剂等等。另外,用于酶固定化、调料和饮料、日化用品都引起了广泛的注意。
