掺钛蓝宝石激光晶体分子式:Ti3+:Al2O3 CAS号:性质:在基质晶体中掺入三价钛离子而形成的输出激光可调谐激光晶体。六方晶系。熔点2050℃。空间群D36d-R3C,硬度9,仅次于金刚石。晶体具有宽的吸收带(400~600nm)、宽的发射带(650~1200nm)和大的发射截面(3×10-19cm2),荧光寿命3.2μs。采用焰熔法、提拉法、区熔法、热交换法等方法制备。军事上用于遥感、雷达,工业上用于激光加工等。
