离子通道分子式:CAS号:性质:跨细胞膜的通道蛋白在空间构型上具有“闸门”样结构,此闸门在一定条件下可打开,形成水孔道,小离子可沿孔道顺浓度梯度流向对侧,使膜两侧的电位差发生变化,进而改变膜的状态。这种跨膜的通道蛋白称为离子通道。离子通道主要分以下3类。(1)电压闸门离子通道。此类通道在膜处于静息电位时一般是关闭的,而当膜去极化时就开放,此时离子顺跨膜浓度差流动,使静息电位发生变化。如电压闸门Na+、K+、Ca2+和Cl-通道。(2)配体闸门离子通道。这类通道主要包括烟碱型胆碱能受体、γ-氨基丁酸A型受体、甘氨酸受体及谷氨酸受体等。它们在与特定的配体(神经递质)结合后,分子中间出现水孔道,允许某些离子顺浓度梯度通过。水孔道在配体解脱后关闭。它们在突触传递中起关键作用。(3)感觉受体通道。它们分布在精细的膜结构或神经末梢上,几乎无特异的阻断剂。感觉受体有两种类型,一类在受刺激后本身直接作为通道开或关,另一类则需经第二信使才能使通道开或关。某些阳离子可通过这类通道并使膜去极化。
