7-(D-5-氨基-5-羧基戊酰胺基)头孢霉烷酸分子式:C16H21N3O8S分子量:415.44CAS号:61-24-5性质:其钠盐二水物为单斜晶体。溶于水,不溶于乙醇、乙醚。当水溶液pH2.5-8时稳定。制备方法:由发酵法生产。用途:对金葡菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌有活性。但由于抗菌活力低,临床未广泛应用。但通过改造可获得高效衍生物,目前主要作为制备7-氨基头孢霉烷酸(7-ACA)的中间体。
