1.Objective: Investigating the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA by reverse transcription polymerasechain reaction(RT-PCR) in the normal and preeclampsia placentas in order to evaluate the role of Caspase-3 in preeclampsia.目的检测半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)mRNA在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达,以探求Caspase-3在子痫前期发病机制中的意义。

1.The apoptosis rate and the Caspase-3 activity units were determined by flow cytometry (FCM) and spectrophotometry.方法在妊娠第8d,采用腹腔注射法建立弓形虫感染的BALB/c小鼠动物模型,于妊娠第12、14、16和18d分批处死孕鼠,采用流式细胞技术检测胎盘细胞凋亡率,分光光度法测定半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)活性。
