脆硫锑铅精矿处理脆硫锑铅精矿处理treatment of jamesonite concentrate Cu一1 lut一q一anJ旧gkuong ehu!-脆硫锑铅精矿处理(treatment of James。niteconcentrate)从脆硫锑铅精矿提取锑、铅和其他有价金属的过程,为复杂锑扮矿处理的一种。脆硫锑铅矿分子式为Pb‘Fesb6SI;,含Pb23%一28%、Sb15%-21%,伴生有锌、银、锢、福、秘、锡、砷等。铅和锑在矿物中以固熔体形态存在,用选矿方法不能使其分离,尚无理想的处理方法。生产采用流态化焙烧一还原熔炼一吹炼的火法工艺流程生产电铅和高铅锑合金。此外还进行了较多的湿法工艺研究。 火法处理采用的流态化焙烧一还原一吹炼工艺流程是将含水分5%一7%的脱硫锑铅精矿在923一973K下进行流态化焙烧脱硫,产出含残硫约3%的焙砂,然后在反射炉中进行还原熔炼。炉料按焙砂:还原煤:纯碱:石灰~10。:12:3.75:2.4的比例配料,在1473K熔炼7一8h,产出铅锑合金。铅锑合金进行两次吹炼。第一次吹炼是在lo73K下向合金熔体表面鼓入空气,因锑和铅对氧的亲和势不同,锑优先氧化挥发,获得含Pb87%、Sb小于10%的高铅合金和含Sb大于72%、Pb小于5%的锑氧。前者再进行电解提铅,从阳极泥回收银、秘、铜。锑氧再经还原熔炼得含Sb大于83写的高锑合金。此法生产成本低,但金属回收率也很低,铅冶炼回收率低于70%,锑回收率低于55%,伴生金属综合利用差,铅锑分离不彻底,污染间题有待解决。 湿法处理正在研究的方法,其中硫化钠浸出一隔膜电解沉积法进行了工业试验,氯化一水解法进行了扩大试验。 硫化钠浸出一隔膜电解沉积法工艺过程同碱性湿法炼锑,采用NaZS和NaOH作浸出剂,浸出时锑进入溶液,铅和其他伴生金属大多进入渣中。Na3SbS3浸出液送电解沉积,在阴极析出锑。阴极锑经精炼后可得1号或2号精锑。锑浸出率为92%一94%,浸出至阴极锑的直收率约90%。此法锑与其他金属分离较好,金属回收率较高,但电流效率低于70%,电耗、碱耗高,其中碱耗占总成本26%以上。 氯化一水解法浸出过程与锑精矿氯化浸出(见酸性湿法炼锑)基本相同,浸出液用海绵锑还原并加入沉银剂和除铅剂除银、铅,分馏除砷。除砷液加入3.smol/L氨水中和,使约85%锑水解,沉淀成氯氧锑。氯氧锑洗涤后中和脱氯制取锑白或合成锑酸钠。水解液中和至pH4.5一5.0沉秘,并使锡、锢、锑与秘共沉淀,分别回收。沉秘液经氧化、中和除铁、锰,然后用锌粉置换除铜、福,最后加碳酸馁沉淀锌,缎烧得氧化锌。废液浓缩结晶析出NH;Cl后返回沉淀锌工序。此法进行了每次10kg精矿的扩大试验,平均浸出率为:Sb>94%,Pb>93%,Bi>90%。制得的锑白含sb20399.45%一99.75%,化学质量达到零级或一级锑白标准,但白度稍差;锑酸钠含Sb总48.64%,杂质含量符合要求。此法较好地解决了锑和铅、砷、秘、锡的分离问题,综合利用较好,金属回收率较高,流程闭路循环,废物排放量少。
