半冷硬铸铁轧辊半冷硬铸铁轧辊semi-chilled cast iron roll bonlengying zhutie zhagun半冷硬铸铁轧辊(semi一ehilled cast ironroll)轧辊辊身在挂砂的金属型内铸造成型的工作层为麻口组织的铸铁轧辊。金属型内敷挂10~20mm的型砂,起到降低辊身冷却速度的作用,使辊身工作层获得麻口组织。 半冷硬铸铁轧辊分为两类:半冷硬普通铸铁轧辊和半冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊。前者因其强度、韧性较低和耐磨性能较差,已被后者所取代。 半冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊是用经球化处理的铁水浇入铸型内,使轧辊辊身获得珠光体(或有少量铁素体)、粗大的球状石墨和少量渗碳体的混合组织。该类轧辊辊身表面硬度一般为HS35一55,辊身表面至芯部的硬度降落很小。轧辊具有良好的抗热裂性能、较高的强度和韧性。半冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊主要适用于中、小型轧机的开坯机架和粗轧机架。中国常用的半冷硬球墨铸铁轧辊的化学成分(%)为:C3.3~3·7,511·2一2·o,Mn0·4一0·8,Cro·3~0.6,Moo·2~0.6,Mgo·04~0·10。国际上这类轧辊还含有Nil.o%~2.5%。 (俞誓达)
