去毛刺机去毛刺机burr removel device qUmQOCI】l去毛刺机(burr removel deviee)去除铸坯切口产生的毛刺的连铸设备。去除毛刺的方法常用的有刀具刮除法和锤头打击法等。刀具刮除法用的去毛刺机主要由刀片支架及升降装置、刀片及旋转驱动设备等组成。用这种去毛刺机,铸坯可以固定,也可以移动。当铸坯固定时,刀片上升后紧贴住铸坯下表面,并朝毛刺方向迅速移动,将毛刺去除,这种方法刀片必须能升降和横移。而铸坯移动式则是刀片贴近铸坯后,靠铸坯的运动去除毛刺,不需设置刀片横移机构。刀具刮除法去除毛刺率可达95%。锤头打击法是利用高速旋转的一组尖角锤头把毛刺去除的方法。这种去毛刺机由去毛刺辊、辊的旋转装置、升降装置和辊上多个尖角锤头组成。设备结构比较简单,去除毛刺效果与刀具刮除法差不多。 (俞晏)
