2.Based on the review of the treatment technology of hard-zinc as well as the leaching process of mechanical activation enhancing leaching and its application in non-ferrous metallurgy, the method of mechanical activation was put forward.本研究在评述了硬锌渣的处理工艺、机械活化强化浸出过程及其在有色冶金中的应用现状等研究工作的基础上,提出了用机械活化的方法强化硬锌渣浸铟工艺,以广西柳州锌品集团提供的硬锌渣为原料,分别在常规搅拌浸出设备和机械活化浸出设备(搅拌磨)中进行实验,主要进行了如下几方面的工作: ①比较硬锌渣在常规浸出和机械活化浸出的浸出效果,确定机械活化对铟浸出的影响; ②在机械活化设备中进行正交实验和单因素实验(边活化边反应),确定影响铟浸出的主要因素和提铟的最佳工艺条件; ③在常规浸出设备和机械活化设备中,分别研究硬锌渣活化前后浸铟的动力学规律; 通过实验,得到如下结论: ①机械活化是强化液固浸出反应行之有效的方法,它大大地强化了硬锌渣中铟浸出的效果:铟浸出率可由常规浸出的93%提高到98%以上;当浸出率达到93%时,活化浸出时间比常规浸出缩短了2/3。
