铁水炉外脱硫 铁水进入炼钢炉前,在炉外进行脱硫处理的一种预处理工艺,以降低生铁的含硫量,提高钢的质量,改善钢铁厂的综合技术经济指标。铁水的炉外脱硫,早期仅作为处理高硫铁水的一种手段。近年来,一方面对钢的含硫量的要求日趋严格,另一方面又要求适当放宽高炉生产的铁水含硫量,以提高高炉产量,降低焦比,从而降低钢铁综合成本。因此炉外脱硫工艺得到迅速发展。常用的脱硫剂有石灰、电石、纯碱、镁粉等。 为了提高炉外脱硫效果,要求:①铁水有较高的温度;②采用小粒度脱硫剂以增加反应界面;③加强铁水搅动以增加反应速度(见钢铁脱硫反应)。根据脱硫剂种类和搅动方式,炉外脱硫方法可归纳为四类(见表)。 在炉外脱硫过程中,应避免高炉渣进入脱硫设备,并应在铁水进入炼钢炉以前将脱硫渣排除掉。 目前生产中采用的炉外脱硫方法,主要是机械搅拌法(图1)和顶部喷吹法(图2)。
