合成金刚石分子式:CAS号:性质:又称人造金刚石。用人工方法使非金刚石结构的石墨或气相碳原子发生相转变而成的金刚石。其性能与金刚石类似。合成金刚石的方法多达十几种。按合成技术的特点可分为静态超高压高温法、动态超高压高温法和低压高温法。按晶体生成的特点可分为直接法、熔媒法和外延法。在工业上有生产价值的主要是静压熔媒法,石墨在熔剂和催化剂的作用下,在5~8GPa的压力和1100~1700℃的高温下反应得到粒度在0.5mm左右的金刚石颗粒。
