矮鼓风炉还原炼铜矮鼓风炉还原炼铜reduction smelting of copper in low-shaft blast furnace o}gufeng}u huonyuon}旧ntong矮鼓风炉还原炼铜(reduetions melting。feoPper in low一shaft blast furnaee)用矮料柱鼓风炉处理由硫化铜精矿经死焙烧得到的铜焙砂生产黑铜的铜熔炼方法。此法对铜精矿的化学成分有一定要求,即要求含铜15%一45%、铁15%~40%、硫20%~45%,三者的总和大于85写。主要包括硫化铜精矿死焙烧、焙砂热压团和矮鼓风炉还原熔炼三个环节。 硫化铜精矿死焙烧是在流态化焙烧炉内进行,焙烧温度为1133一1173K,脱硫率超过96%。在焙烧过程中,硫化铜精矿中的铜被氧化成铜的氧化物,绝大部分铁被氧化成FeZO3。铜焙砂含硫低于1.5%。含5021。%一14%的烟气用于制酸。 焙砂热压团是在铜焙砂中添加少量熔剂,经混合后热压成团(见炉料制团)。 矮鼓风炉还原熔炼是将焦炭与块状无烟煤的混合燃料,同团矿一起加入矮鼓风炉在焦比14%下熔炼。由于料柱矮,炉料在炉内停留时间短,在还原焙炼过程中,其中氧化铜被还原成金属,形成含铜大于94%的黑铜;而Fe203只还原成FeO,随后与二氧化硅等熔剂反应形成炉渣。渣含铜2.0%一2.5%,铜的直收率为96%。鼓风含氧23%一24%,采用富氧鼓风的目的是尽量使残留在焙砂中的硫进入烟气。 炉渣如采用电炉贫化(见炼铜炉渣贫化),可得到含铜75%一80%、含铁10%~15%的黑铜。弃渣含铜0.4%一0.5%,电炉贫化铜的回收率为75%,鼓风炉焙炼和电炉贫化铜总的回收率超过98%。磨浮法(见高镍镜磨浮分离法)贫化铜的回收率也可达98%。 美国阿麦克斯(Amax)公司的威廉(R.0.William)等人在1975年提出了矮鼓风炉还原炼铜,并进行了小型、中间和生产规模试验。此法取消了易产生污染的造毓熔炼和吹炼等中间过程,与传统炼铜法相比具有烟气污染小、所产硫酸成本低和建厂投资省等优点。由于黑铜质量差,鼓风炉低浓度二氧化硫烟气难于经济、有效回收,直至20世纪80年代末尚未获得工业应用。 (王德全)
