纯铝酸钙水泥耐火浇注料纯铝酸钙水泥耐火浇注料pure calcium aluminate cement castable refractories ehun IUsuangai shuini naihuo liaozhuliao纯铝酸钙水泥耐火浇注料(pure ealeiumaluminate eement eastable refraetories)用纯铝酸钙水泥作结合剂,用高档耐火原料作骨料和粉料,按比例配合成的可浇注耐火材料。(见耐火浇注料)此类浇注料具有较高的耐火度和荷重软化温度,力学强度高、耐磨性好、体积稳定、抗渣性好和抗还原性气体能力强等特点,最高使用温度可达1700~1800℃。 组成纯铝酸钙水泥浇注料的配比同普通铝酸钙水泥浇注杆一样,也是由耐火骨料、粉料、结合剂和外加剂组成的,不过所用的铝酸钙水泥纯度高,化学成分主要为A12O:和Cao,杂质含量很少。它是用工业氧化铝和纯的石灰石或方解石、或工业碳酸钙为原料,按一定比例混合磨细后,采用烧结法或电熔法而合成的。矿物组成主要是二铝酸钙(Cao·ZAlzo户和少量的一铝酸钙(Cao·A12O3).但也有一种电熔纯铝酸钙水泥,其矿物组成主要是铝酸一钙和少量的七铝酸十二钙(12CaO·7A12O3),以及一定量的a一A1203掺合料、前者凝结硬化速度正常,初凝时间为lh左右,终凝为6、sh;而后者是一种快凝水泥,初凝为15~3师in,终凝在4h之内,此种水泥一般需加缓凝剂方可使用。 这类浇注料的耐火骨料和粉料通常采用特级矾土熟料,电熔或烧结刚玉、合成英来石、镁铝尖晶石、铬刚玉、铝铬渣等,粒度组成是根据使用条件和浇注料衬体厚度加以调整。最大粒度一般为5 mm。其骨料顺粒级配为5~3mm占45%~55%,3~lmm占25%~30%,小于lmm占20肠~25%。其粉料粒度组成为:小于0.o88mm的大于95%,其中小于0.o44mm的占30环。总的组成为耐火骨料占60%~70%,耐火粉料占15%~20%,纯铝酸钙水泥占10%~20%。加‘水量(外加)占8%~10%,可掺加微量减水剂,以减少用水量,改善流动性,提高致密度。 性能物理性能随所用的骨料和粉料的材质性能不同而异。如用刚玉骨料和粉料配制成的纯铝酸钙水泥浇注料养护3d后的耐压强度为40~50MPa。110℃,24h加热后密度为2.95~5.109/em,,气孔率为18写~20%,耐压强度为50~60MPa,线变化率为o%。2500℃,sh烧后的密度为2.90~3.059/em3、气孔率为17%~19%,耐压强度为60一80MPa,线变化率为十0.5%。其线变化率为正的,主要是水泥中的CaO与A1203反应生成六铝酸钙,发生体积膨胀所致. 应用纯铝酸钙水泥结合的浇注料应用范围较广。在冶金工业中,纯铝酸钙水泥耐火浇注料多数用作高温炉和高温装置的衬里。如用于钢水真空脱气装置的浸演管外衬,喷射冶金和吹氢处理用的整体喷枪和吹缸枪衬体,电炉顶三角区衬体,LF炉沪盖衬体等。在机械工业中,用于各种感应炉内衬材料。在石油化工工业中,用作催化裂化反应器的高温耐磨衬里等。 (李再耕)
