转炉洁净钢生产工艺流程1转炉洁净钢生产工艺流程 转炉采用“双联法”生产洁净钢,其工艺流程如图1所示。转炉双联工艺是指两座转炉:一座转炉作为铁水“三脱”预处理炉,另一座转炉作为脱碳升温炉。两座炉双联组织生产。 采用“双联”工艺在宝钢一炼钢厂300t转炉上进行试验,成功地冶炼出总杂质含量:∑P+S+T.O+H+N≤100×10-6的超纯净钢。 2转炉铁水“三脱”预处理工艺 2.1严格控制铁水Si含量严格控制铁水Si含量是转炉进行“三脱”预处理,保证脱磷冶金效果的技术关键。随着铁水Si含量的增加,预处理炉的渣量增大,化渣困难,明显恶化脱磷效果。为保证转炉铁水预处理的脱磷效率≥90%,应严格控制入炉前铁水Si≤0.25%。 2.2合理控制炉渣碱度制预处理转炉终渣碱度在2.4~2.8之间,可保证良好的脱磷效果。 2.3增强底吹搅拌强度脱磷反应以钢-渣界面反应为主,增强熔池搅拌强度可以促进渣钢反应,强化脱磷过程。与炼钢脱磷不同,铁水预处理脱磷受熔池反应的动力学条件影响较大。熔池搅拌强烈,渣钢反应具备良好的动力学条件,使炉渣FeO降低,脱磷率升高。随渣中FeO升高,脱磷率降低,说明冶炼熔池搅拌不足,脱磷反应不够充分,熔池中FeO较多。为保证充分脱磷,预处理炉的终渣FeO含量应控制在10%~15%之间。
