铅黄铜分子式:CAS号:性质:在铜锌合金基础上,加入铅的黄铜。按含锌量可分为单相α铅黄铜,两相(α+β)铅黄铜。单相α铅黄铜只能冷轧和热挤,常用的有63Cu-34Zn-3Pb合金,软态的拉伸强度达350MPa,延伸率为45%。具有较高的强度和良好的冷加工性能,有极好的切削性,主要用于仪表和其他机械式仪表上要求切削性极高的零件。两相(α+β)铅黄铜可进行热轧、热挤和冷加工,典型的合金为59Cu-40Zn-1Pb,在550~650℃温度区间具有超塑性,有较高的强度和优良的切削性能,软态的拉伸强度为420MPa,延伸率为45%,是最经济、最常用的铅黄铜。用于制作热矿井和切削加工的零件、螺钉、垫圈、衬套、螺帽、底座、轴承保持器等。
