1.Objective:To observe the influence of neurotrophin-3(NT-3) on the expression of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia gene-2(Bcl-2) and Bcl-associated x protein(Bax) in rats with spinal cord injury and to study the mechanism of NT-3 on spinal cord injury.目的:观察神经营养素-3(NT-3)对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因-2(Bcl-2)和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病基因伴随蛋白x(Bax)表达的影响,探讨NT-3对脊髓损伤的作用及其可能的分子机制。
