敌克松分子式：C8H10N3NaO3S分子量：251.240CAS号：140-56-7性质：淡黄色结晶。熔点200℃（分解）。溶于高极性溶剂，如二甲基甲酰胺，乙醇等，不溶于大多数有机溶剂。可溶于水，常温下溶解度为2-3%。极易吸潮，在水中呈重氮离子状态而渐渐分解，光照能加速分解，同时放出氮气生成二甲氨基苯酚。制备方法：由N，N-二甲基苯胺经亚硝化，还原，重氮化和磺化制得。将二甲基苯胺和稍过量的亚硝酸钠于0-5℃进行亚硝化，加完亚硝酸后用铁粉还原，制成对氨基二甲基苯胺。然后滤去铁粉及生成的四氧化三铁，滤液用亚硝酸钠于0-5℃条件下进行重氮化。加完亚硝酸钠后再用亚硫酸钠进行亚磺化，反应到终点后，敌克松便沉淀出来。得到的敌克松原粉（干品）含量98%。也可以膏状物的形式作为产品，含量55%。生产这一规格的产品，每吨消耗二甲基苯胺310kg。香兰素生产的废水中含有对氨基二甲基苯胺，可用来生产敌克松，而且可以省去亚硝化和还原两道工序。用途：该品为苗田杀菌剂，对腐霉菌素及丝囊霉菌属所引起的病害有特效。对一些真菌性病害也有防效。该品有内吸作用，根部及叶部均能吸收。由植物筛管部及木质部输入其他部位，在植物体内能维特较长时间的药效。可防治水稻期立枯病，黑根病，烂秧病，高梁丝黑穗病，散黑粉病，玉米大斑病，棉花苗期根腐病，炭疽病，立枯病等。
