南五味子【通用名称】南五味子【其他名称】南五味子 南五味子 拼音名:Nanwuweizi 英文名:FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE SPHENANTHERAE 书页号:2000年版一部-197 本品为木兰科植物华中五味子 Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd．et Wils．的干 燥成熟果实。秋季果实成熟时采摘，晒干，除去果梗及杂质。 【性状】本品呈球形或扁球形，直径4～6mm。表面棕红色至暗棕色，干瘪，皱缩， 果肉常紧贴种子上。种子1～2，肾形，表面棕黄色，有光泽，种皮薄而脆。果肉气微， 味微酸。 【鉴别】取本品粉末 1g，加氯仿20ml，加热回流0.5小时，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣 加氯仿 1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取南五味子对照药材 1g，同法制成对照药材 溶液。再取五味子甲素对照品，加氯仿制成每 1ml含 1mg的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照 薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验，吸取上述三种溶液各2μl,分别点于同一硅胶 GF254薄层 板上，以石油醚(30～60℃)-甲酸乙酯-甲酸(15:5:1)的上层溶液为展开剂，展开,取出， 晾干，置紫外光灯(254nm)下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材和对照品色谱相应的 位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 【检查】杂质 不得过1％(附录Ⅸ A)。 【含量测定】照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅵ D)测定。 对照品溶液的制备 取五味子酯甲对照品约25mg，精密称定，置5ml量瓶中，加甲 醇溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，即得(每 1ml中含五味子酯甲5mg)。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粉末(过三号筛)约 1g，精密称定，置20ml量瓶中，加 甲醇约18ml，超声处理20分钟，放冷，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。 测定法 精密吸取供试品溶液、对照品溶液、甲醇各20μl，分别置三支具塞试管 中，挥去甲醇，再分别精密加入10％变色酸澄清水溶液0.5ml、硫酸3ml、水1.5ml，摇 匀，置沸水浴中加热30分钟，迅速冷却，以上述甲醇管为空白，照分光光度法(附录Ⅴ B)，分别在570nm的波长处测定吸收度，计算，即得。 本品含总木脂素以五味子酯甲(C30H32O9)计，不得少于3.0％。 【炮制】南五味子 除去杂质。用时捣碎。 醋南五味子 取净南五味子，照醋蒸法(附录Ⅱ D)蒸至黑色。用时捣碎。 表面棕黑色，干瘪，果肉常紧贴种子上，无黏性。种子表面棕色，无光泽。 【性味与归经】酸、甘，温。归肺、心、肾经。 【功能与主治】收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘，梦遗滑精，遗尿 尿频，久泻不止，自汗，盗汗，津伤口渴，短气脉虚，内热消渴，心悸失眠。 【用法与用量】1.5～6g。 【贮藏】置通风干燥处，防霉。
