乙酸酐乙酸酐aceticanhydride分子式(CH3CO)2O。又称醋酐。无色易流动液体,有乙酸味。熔点-73.1℃,沸点139.55℃,相对密度1.0820(20/4℃)。稍溶于水,在水中缓慢水解成乙酸;能溶于乙醇、乙醚等有机溶剂。是重要的乙酰化试剂,能使醇、酚、氨和胺分别形成乙酸酯和乙酰胺类化合物。在路易斯酸存在下,还可使芳烃或烯烃发生乙酰化反应。在乙酸钠存在下,与苯甲醛发生缩合反应,生成肉桂酸。工业上乙酸酐是由乙酸与乙烯酮反应制得,而乙烯酮可由丙酮或乙酸热裂制得。也可在汞盐催化下由乙炔与乙酸反应,先生成双乙酸亚乙酯CH3CH(OCOCH3)2,然后在氯化锌或硫酸催化下,热裂成乙酸酐和乙醛。在乙酸钴、乙酸铜的催化下,乙醛可直接氧化成乙酸酐。乙酸酐主要用于制造纤维素乙酸酯,也用于制造阿司匹林、磺胺药物等,还是合成多种染料和香料的重要原料。乙酸酐有强烈的催泪作用,对皮肤有刺激性,接触后会起泡。
