【中文名】长春花(广州部队《常用中草药手册》) 【类 别】全草类 【异名】雁来红、日日新(广州部队《常用中草药手册》),四时春、三万花(《常用中草药彩色图谱》)。 【来源】为夹竹桃科植物长春花的全草。 【植物形态】长春花 亚灌木,高达60厘米。幼枝绿色或红褐色,它和叶背、花萼、花冠筒及果均被白色柔毛。单叶对生,长圆形或倒卵形,长4~7厘米,宽2~3厘米,先端中脉伸出成短尖。花1~2朵腋生;花萼绿色,5裂;花冠高脚碟状,粉红色或紫红色,长2.5~3厘米,裂片5;雄蕊5,内藏;心皮2个,分离,花柱连合.蓇葖2个,圆柱形,长2~3厘米,有种子数颗。花期:近全年。栽培,也有野生。分布广东、广西、云南以及长江以南各地。 此外,尚有本植物的变种白长春花、黄长春花,亦伺等入药。形态与本种相似,仅花的颜色不同,前者花白色,后者花黄色。 【采集】全年可采。 【化学成份】含70种以上生物碱,主要有长春碱、长春新碱、阿马里新等。 【性味】广州部队《常用中草药手册》:"微苦,凉。" 【功用主治】凉血降压,镇静安神。用于高血压、火烫伤、恶性淋巴瘤、绒毛膜上皮癌、单核细胞性白血病。 ①广州部队《常用中草药手册》:"镇静安神,平肝降压。治高血压。" ②《常用中草药彩色图谱》:"治疗何杰金氏病、恶性肿瘤。" ③《广西药植名录》:"治白血病,肺癌,绒毛膜上皮癌,淋巴肿瘤。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,2~5钱;或提取物制成注射剂。 【临床应用】用硫酸长春碱治疗何杰金氏病22例,淋巴肉瘤11例,恶性网状细胞增生、蕈样霉菌病、白血病、绿色瘤、纵隔肿瘤各1例,网状细胞肉瘤6例。绝大多数病例均经病理活检或血液系统检查证实。结果获完全消失4例,显效15例,有效12例,无效6例,恶化3例,不详3例。副作用:部分病例有肌痛或麻木感,食欲减退,恶心呕吐等。用药剂量一般小于每公斤体重0.6毫克。有些病例在用维持量时或停药后2~3周又趋复发。本品对恶性淋巴瘤疗效显著,疗效出现快,不需近期重复注射,副作用不大。用硫酸长春新碱治疗急性淋巴性白血病5例,亚急性淋巴白血病1例,急性粒细胞白血病2例,亚急性粒缎胞性白血病1例,淋巴肉瘤10例。临床获完全缓解或完全消失的计有淋巴白血病2例,淋巴肉瘤1例;显效的为淋巴白血病3例,淋巴肉瘤1例。
