肌动蛋白丝分子式:CAS号:性质:又称肌动蛋白丝。微丝出现在所有的真核细胞内,是细胞骨架的重要组成,微丝的主链蛋白由肌动蛋白(actin)所形成。肌动蛋白分子具有2个区域,它的分子量为42,肌动蛋白分子细丝扭起来成为一条如双线捻成的绳索。微丝比微管细得多,直径为5~9nm。其功能主要是细胞收缩。
