1,2,4-苯三醇CAS:533-73-3分子式:C6H6O3分子质量:126.11熔点:135℃中文名称:1,2,4-苯三醇;1,2,4-苯三酚;羟基氢醌英文名称:1,2,4-benzenetriol;1,2,4-trihydroxybenzene;hydroxy-hydroquinon;hydroxyhydroquinone性状描述:从乙醚中得叶状结晶。熔点140.5℃。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚、乙酸乙酯,几乎不溶于三氯甲烷、二硫化碳、苯。生产方法:由对苯醌和乙酐制得1,2,4-苯三酚三乙酸酯,再与盐酸作用即得该品。 1.1,2,4-苯三酚三乙酸酯的制备将干燥的对苯醌分次加入乙酐和浓硫酸的混合物中,反应温度为40-50℃,反应1-3h。向反应物加冷水,将析出的沉淀过滤、冷水洗涤,用醇重结晶,即得1,2,4-苯三酚三乙酸酯。熔点96.5-97℃。 2.1,2,4-苯三酚的制备将5%盐酸与1,2,4-苯三酚三乙酸酯一起搅拌加热至90℃,水解20min,冷却。用碳酸钠中和,过滤。滤液用乙醚提取,将乙醚提取液加热蒸去乙醚,即得1,2,4-苯三酯。用途:有机合成中间体,气体分析吸收剂。
