偏最小二乘法分子式:CAS号:性质:一种基于特征变量的回归方法。也可看成是有偏估计中的一种回归方法。近年来在化学计量学的多元校正和模式识别中得到十分广泛的应用。偏最小二乘法是由瑞典统计学家沃尔德(H·Wold)提出,其基本运算是基于非线性迭代偏最小二剩算法(nonlinear iterative partial least squares; NIPALS),故有偏最小二乘法之称。它与主成分回归不同之点就在于它不但分解X矩阵,同时也分解Y矩阵,并在分解X矩阵时利用Y矩阵的信息,在分解Y矩阵时利用X矩阵的信息,从而使回归结果更好些。另外,因其本质上是一种基于特征变量的解析方法,故也可用于化学模式识别之中,进行降维处理。由于偏最小二乘法在化学中得到非常广泛的应用,故很多化学计量学家对该算法进行了改进和拓展,提出了快速偏最小二乘、非线性偏最小二乘法、稳健偏最小二乘法等。
