生物组织分散用组合物的制作方法
【技术领域】
[0001] 本发明设及用于使生物组织分散的组合物。另外,本发明设及滴块状凝胶中包埋 的细胞的培养结果的评价方法。进一步地,本发明设及来自生物组织的细胞的获得方法。另 夕h本发明设及用于进行上述方法的试剂盒。
【背景技术】
[0002] 尽管抗癌剂也作用于正常细胞而存在表现强副作用的情况,但抗癌剂的奏效率, 除了一部分W外不满50%,抗癌剂的有效程度已知随患者而大大不同。因此,希望在癌症患 者接受抗癌剂的施用的治疗前,评价预定施用的抗癌剂对该癌症患者是否有效,避免无效 抗癌剂的不需要的施用,减少患者的身体上、经济上的负担,避免治疗机会的失去。
[0003] 作为如此的抗癌作用的评价方法,已知在模拟生物的滴块状凝胶中,W3维增殖癌 细胞,使其与抗癌剂接触,评价增殖结果的方法(专利文献1-11),希望在滴块状凝胶中获得 与生物内同样地增殖的细胞。
[0004] 专利文献1-7中,作为在从来自生物组织的样品获得细胞时应用的酶,记载了应用 胶原酶、透明质酸酶、脱氧核糖核酸酶、弹性蛋白酶、分散酶等。另外,专利文献9-11中记载 了,将生物组织W包含选自梭菌属中性蛋白酶、嗜热菌蛋白酶(哥一子ク斗シシ)、W及分散 酶的1种W上蛋白酶,W及选自胶原酶I、胶原酶II、W及胶原酶IV的1种W上胶原酶的混合 酶进行处理。
[0005] 另外,非专利文献1-21中记载了使生物细胞分散的酶。在运些文献中记载了,通过 I型胶原酶、II型胶原酶、III型胶原酶、IV型胶原酶、膜蛋白酶、透明质酸酶、神经氨酸酶等 处理来自生物组织的样品。
