基于查算表的中尺度大气光化学模拟分段线性回归算法的制作方法

本发明属于大气环境污染物检测技术领域,尤其涉及中尺度大气光化学污染的改进型模拟预测模型。



背景技术:

空气质量模式,是在对污染物排入大气环境后传输、扩散、转化和清除等一系列物理和化学过程的认识基础上,利用气象、环境、物理、化学等学科的研究方法和计算机技术,实现模拟和预报不同空间尺度上空气污染物浓度分布状况及变化趋势的方法,在空气质量预报、大气污染控制、环境规划与管理、城市建设及公共卫生等方面均有重要的实际应用价值,具有广阔的发展前景。

数值模拟在当前对流层光化学研究的中得到广泛应用,它对于了解O3的生消机理以及制定O3控制对策具有重要作用。目前,为模拟区域对流O3及其前体物NOX、VOC的分布和演化,大气化学模式大多将化学反应模块(见一的(五))耦合入传输模式进行计算。CALGRID也是这样,包含的化学机制有SAPRC90和CBM4。在求解(1)式中(P-L)GAS项时,CALGRID默认方法是利用QSSA或Hybrid方法求解刚性的浓度变化方程组。应用CALGRID模式进行模拟计算时,大量的时间将花费在每个格点的光化学反应的计算上。因此,在当前的计算条件下,CALGRID模式这种直接耦合的计算方法对于污染物变化趋势的模拟还没有达到污染物预测的时效要求。于是,如何缩短化学模式的计算时间,以便于光化学污染事件的快速预测和响应,成为实际工作中有待解决的问题。



技术实现要素:

针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种基于查算表的中尺度大气光化学模拟预测分段线性回归算法,能对CALGRID模型中(P-L)GAS化学变换项的处理兼具有效性和快速性。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种基于查算表的中尺度大气光化学模拟分段线性回归算法,包括以下步骤:

步骤1:以CALGRID模式为基础,考虑大气化学反应、大气输送与扩散、沉降、底面积高架排放源的影响,并对化学物种原始浓度中物理量的平均量分解为脉动量,得到化学物种浓度变化方程如式(1),

式中,C是化学物种平均浓度,V是三维风矢量的平均量,K是湍流扩散系数,E是污染源排放,是由于沉降引起的物种浓度变化,PCHEM是化学产生率,LCHEM是化学损失率;式(1)中二阶湍流扩散项通过湍流扩散系数K理论闭合转化得到;式(1)中右侧多项式依次分别为平流项、扩散项、源项、沉降项、化学变化项;

步骤2:以三维空气质量模式WRF-CHEM中的气相化学模块对CALGRID模式中化学变化项(PCHEM-LCHEM)建立零维化学机理模式,并考虑初始O3浓度、NOX浓度、VOC/NOX、太阳天顶角、高度、云水混合比、温度七个因子对O3浓度的影响;

步骤3:对步骤2中七个因子进行分档,见表1:

步骤4:对步骤3中的表1中各种不同情况下的O3、NOX和VOC的浓度进行计算,最终得到查算表。

进一步的,将步骤2中所述初始O3浓度、NOX浓度、VOC/NOX、太阳天顶角、高度、云水混合比、温度七个因子的取值进行分段取值,各因子的取值分段内的取值与对流层臭氧浓度建立线性拟合,以各影响因子为自变量,臭氧浓度y为因变量建立多元线性回归模型,其中:

将初始臭氧浓度设为x1,由于其与最终臭氧浓度高度线性相关,因此不设置特定的区间;将NOX浓度设为x2,取2—10、10—50、50—80、80—120四个区间;用VOC浓度代表VOC/NOX,设为x3,取VOC/NOX值为0.5—2、2—10两个区间;将太阳天顶角(°)设为x4,取0—30、30—90两个区间;将高度设为x5,取0—4000、4000—17500两个区间;将云水混合比,设为x6,取0.000025—0.0002、0.0002—0.0005、0.0005—0.00125三个区间;将温度设为x7,取268—293、293—313两个区间,对以上七个主要因子的各取值区间进行排列组合,得到七元线性回归模型;

最后将查算表和分段线性回归模型引用语区域空气质量模式中,模拟区域光化学污染物的变化和分布。

具体实施方式

下面结合附图并以具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。

本研究主要对(1)式中(P-L)GAS项的处理方法进行改进。

首先,利用具有国际先进水平的三维空气质量模式WRF-CHEM中的气相化学模块建立箱模式,并应用其探讨了一些可能影响光化学过程的物理和化学因子进行分析,找出对O3浓度影响大的因子。利用光化学反应的机理分析,以及具有国际先进水平的零维化学机理模式(仅考虑气相化学机制,没有考虑排放、输送、沉降的作用)的化学敏感性分析,发现影响对流层臭氧及其前体物浓度的主要因子有:初始O3浓度、NOX浓度、VOC/NOX、太阳天顶角、高度、云水混合比、温度。

其次,对这些因子进行分档计算,建立各种情况下O3、NOX、VOC浓度查算表。然后,经过分析可发现,各影响因子在不同的数值区间内对臭氧浓度的影响呈现一定的线性化特征,因此可建立各影响因子在不同数值区间内的臭氧浓度分段线性回归方程。

在充分调研我国O3、NOX浓度水平,VOC/NOX的实际状况以及各种真实的气象条件的基础上,对上述重要的影响因子进行分档,如表1所示。分档不仅力求包括各种真实的情形,而且尽量做到反映因子之间相互关系的非线性性。表1共计1406250种不同的情况。应用零维化学机理模式,对不同组合情况下O3、NOX和VOC的浓度进行计算,最终得到查算表1。

在对影响对流层臭氧浓度的主要因子进行分析的时候,可以发现,虽然各因子与臭氧浓度之间的关系大多是非线性的,但在特定的数值区间内,却大都可以将二者的关系近似看作线性的,因此可以先找出这些存在这样线性关系的区间,再将各影响因子的取值进行分段组合,以各影响因子为自变量,臭氧浓度为因变量建立多元线性回归模型。

将初始臭氧浓度(ppb)设为x1,由于其与最终臭氧浓度高度线性相关,因此不设置特定的区间;将NOX浓度(ppb)设为x2,取2—10、10—50、50—80、80—120四个区间;用VOC浓度(ppb)代表VOC/NOX,设为x3,取VOC/NOX值为0.5—2、2—10两个区间;将太阳天顶角(°)设为x4,取0—30、30—90两个区间;将高度(m)设为x5,取0—4000、4000—17500两个区间;将云水混合比(kg/kg)设为x6,取0.000025—0.0002、0.0002—0.0005、0.0005—0.00125三个区间;将温度(K)设为x7,取268—293、293—313两个区间。将以上七个主要因子的各取值区间进行排列组合,一共可以得到192个七元线性回归模型。

最后,将查算表和分段线性回归算法应用于区域模式中,模拟区域光化学污染物的变化和分布。如图1所示,完成对CALGRID模型(1)式中(P-L)GAS项的处理方法的改进,使其兼具有效性和快速性。

具体案例:

在三维区域空气质量模式CALGRID中应用基于查算表数据库的分段线性回归算法模拟上述研究个例,并验证其计算结果是否与直接耦合法的一致。模拟区域为18.6°N~53.5°N,90.6°E~151.8°E,大致覆盖中国地区;水平方向分66×56网格,格距为75km。模拟时间为2000年3月25日~31日。气象场由WRF提供,顶气压100hPa;垂直方向31层;采用Mellor-Yamada-Janjic TKE边界层方案、时变边界条件和Grell-Devenyi ensemble scheme积云对流参数化方案。

图2是分别利用直接耦合法和新方法计算的3月27日~31日地面O3平均浓度的分布。由图可见,直接耦合法得到的浓度大值区在四川和华北地区;在华南,珠江三角洲地区也有相对较大的浓度分布(30~40ppb)。新方法得到的臭氧浓度大小和分布同直接耦合法基本一致,特别是大值区分布非常相似。可见,新的快速预测方法对于区域光化学污染的有较好的模拟能力。但是,在个别地区(如甘肃、西藏的部分地区),两种方法还是存在一定差异,这可能是因为基于查算表数据库的分段线性回归算法的基础是RADM2机制,而CALGRID直接耦合法应用的是SAPRC机制,两种机制的细微差别所致。

图3是直接耦合法和新方法计算的污染过程中各天(28~31日)地面O3平均浓度的分布O3平均浓度的分布。可见,直接耦合法和新方法都较好的模拟了这次污染事件的特征,即28日、29日受上风方(珠三角)污染物影响,污染较为严重(40~90ppb),30日、31日受海洋上清洁空气的影响,O3浓度较低(小于20ppb)。此外,两种方法模拟的各天臭氧浓度值大小和区域分布都非常相似。

图4给出了两种方法计算的香港地区地面臭氧浓度的逐时变化。可见,两种方法的模拟结果,无论是值的大小,还是曲线的日变化形态,峰值、谷值的出现时间都非常的一致。虽然查表法模拟值略微偏高,比直接耦合法高9ppb,但是,总体来讲两种方法的结果还是符合的较好,相关系数为0.902。

综上所述,本研究建立的快速预测方法同直接耦合法一样,较好的反映了光化学反应的非线性性,对光化学污染事件有较强的模拟能力,可以应用于区域空气质量模式中对区域污染问题进行模拟。另外,由于本方法可以大大节省时间,比直接耦合法的计算速度高3~5倍,因此有利于光化学污染事件的快速预测以及污染控制的快速决策。
